Return Policy

Due to the nature of products return requests are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Please reach out to us, mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure quick action for your issue. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. Such issues shall be dealt on case by case basis.

It is important to note that according to our Terms & Conditions, any disputes related to damage, missing items, or mismatches need to be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery. 

We kindly request that you adhere to this policy to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible support. 

All refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving returned product. It will remain the customers responsibility to return the product in unused and undamaged condition.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime before it has shipped, we will refund 98% of the entire amount to cover the order processing charges. Once the order has been dispatched to the courier/shipping company, the only way to get a refund is to return the product. Please read our “Return Policy” above.
