Due to the nature (fragileness) of products we sell and the high shipping costs that are incurred in the process, product returns other than Special Circumstances are NOT possible at this time.
Please reach out to us, mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure quick action for your issue. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. Such issues shall be dealt on case by case basis.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving returned product. It will remain the customers responsibility to return the product in unused and undamaged condition.
You can cancel your order anytime before it has shipped, we will refund 90% of the entire amount to cover the order processing charges. Once the order has been dispatched to the courier/shipping company, the only way to get a refund is to return the product. Please read our “Return Policy” above.
